  • Speaker Problems
  • Device not working at all

What’s not covered in an extended warranty

  •  Water/ Liquid damage
  •  Light or ordinary tear/ wear or cosmetic damage which doesn’t affect any functionality
  • Devices not purchased from Wireless Flix
  • A lost or stolen device

Note for Water Damage Phones: If we found a device found water or liquid damage at the inspection, we will offer a similar device with a discounted price

 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently only ship within the continental U.S. Stay tuned, as we will be looking to expand soon! 

How fast is your shipping?  

We do our best to ship at laser-quick speeds! Depending on the time of purchase, we can ship same-day or next-day. We also offer expedited shipping on some products if the free, ground shipping isn't quick enough for you. 

Do you have a Return Policy? 

Yes! We're confident that you'll be very happy with your device, however, we know that things can happen. If you have any issues with your device, please make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving it in order to work with us on a return. Checking your Order Status is simple! You will receive your order & shipping update email with the tracking number so you can check with the carrier or you can click on the "Track my order" link at the top of the screen and follow the instructions to get up-to-the-minute tracking updates!
